Policy On All Paintings
When Ordering a Limited Blair Hess Painting ALL SALES ARE FINAL! There are No Returns on any Art Work . Since these are One Of A Kind Paintings please email with any questions you have. There are No Returns On Art Work.
SHIPPING: Once we ship out the artwork it is out of our control on when it will arrive . We will provide a Tracking number Once it has processed and shipped.
Damages: We will pack items to where it should not get damaged . Damage from carriers or stolen ,lost items do happen from time to time . We are not responsible for refunds on this . This you will have to contact the local delivery establishment that it was shipped by. The Customer is responsible for filing a claim with said delivery establishment . We will help the best we can and will be a case on case basis.
Address Changes : The item will be shipped to the address that is given . It must be where the credit card address is . We do not call back shipments once you have been issued a tracking number . Once a tracking number is given we can not change it for it is sent to the shipping company.
On Merchandise such as t-shirts or any souvenir type items you have 15 days to return merch items . These items do not include any paintings . . Before returning any items follow the steps below. Customer is responsible for any shipping cost on returns.
1). Email First before shipping Item back
2). Get an R. A. # before sending .
3). Must be in original packaging and not used.
4). Once returned we will inspect the item
5).Once inspected and find it is able to be returned. There is a 20% restock fee that will be charged and. the remaining balance will be returned .
6). We do not refund. any shipping costs . Once you. have ordered an Item the shipping cost is non refundable The customer is also responsible for shipping costs for any returns .
